If you're looking for a little more clarity in your shooting protection, we offer our Digital Hearing Custom Plugs. Similar to our Analog Custom Plugs, these were designed for the avid hunter or marksman enabling a great marriage of hearing protection and comfort while still allowing you to hear outside sounds while wearing. These custom plugs use DSR (Digital Sound Reduction) to provide ambient sound protection while shooting weapons. When you’ve pulled the trigger, the compression circuit activates in 1.3 milliseconds to protect your hearing, yet the earpieces stay active and allow all perception of ambient sounds during cease fire. Included is a microphone activation switch for on/off function and independent volume control on each earpiece to adjust the sound volume. Our custom plugs provides a range from 27-32 dba protection of ambient noise and a 5-8 dba gain and is available in full ear for active wearers or canal for more obscured appearance and are covered by a 2 year warranty.
