My wife and I purchased our Fit-Ear plugs at Wing Ding 30 in July 2008. While touring in Utah in August, I lost my left plug and had to resort to inferior foam plugs.While attending Daytona Bike Week, I luckily stumbled upon your booth in a tent at the Speedway. I told Ted my problem, and he made me a discounted offer I couldn’t refuse to replace BOTH ear plugs. Then, instead of making me wait for a lanyard to be mailed to me, he called the booth at Destination Daytona. They had one left and promised to save it for me. I rode up to the booth and identified myself by name, Mark knew who I was and why I was there. Incredible!With proper ear protection back in my ears, I rode I-95 and I-10 to the New Orleans area in eleven hours. It’s unbelievable how relaxed and energetic I felt upon arriving home because of the quiet ride I had just had.Prompt, truthful, trustworthy customer service is quickly fading from our culture, so it was such a pleasure to bring my problem to you and have it resolved expeditiously with a cordial and sincere concern for me as a person. Mark, I purchased a pair of these at Gillette BMWMOA rally last year.I can not say enough about them as I have had a competitor’s item that there is no comparison. I could only wish I had met up with your company earlier. The fit is excellent, very comfortable and the hard slick outer surface does not grab or stick to my helmet. I have worn these for 8 hours in the saddle with no problems from soreness. Also the fit is such that more wind noise is cancelled so even with no music it is quiet. I wish to thank you for the time you took with all my questions. You are truly a professional! Hope to see you on the road.
